mySMARTmobile is a companion app for SMaRT (Study Management and Retention Toolkit), a HIPAA-compliant web-based SaaS platform that aids with conducting high-quality research studies. The mobile app allows study participants to manage expectations and timing of study activities, self-schedule visits, receive notifications, update contact information, access lab results, and securely transfer documents. Studies may also use the app to provide participants with access to web-based surveys or in-app quizzes, product ordering, custom reminders, or service locators.
This app was developed to assist eligible research study participants with study activities; access is limited to registered users only. User accounts must be registered by a SMaRT-licensed research study administrator, individuals are not able to request access or register for an account directly.
